Direct Shift-CVT

Toyota has taken a major step forward in transmission technology with the introduction of the Direct Shift-CVT. This innovative system merges traditional gear mechanisms with a steel belt CVT design. At the start, the vehicle engages gears to build up speed, then transitions to CVT operation once a certain speed is reached. This allows for a faster launch and more direct power delivery. Additionally, because the CVT doesn't have to handle high torque or large gear ratios, it’s lighter and responds more quickly. With a 15% improvement in transmission efficiency, a 20% faster shifting speed, and a 6% increase in fuel efficiency, this new development marks a significant evolution in CVT technology—something that has truly impressed the industry.

Push In Terminal Block

With Push-in connection technology, you can connect conductors easily – both directly and without tools, insert forces reduced by 50%. it is suitable for various applications. Insert rigid conductors or conductors with ferrules from 0.25mm² into the conductor shaft.The contact spring opens automatically and provides the required pressure force against the current bar.

When installing smaller conductors from 0.14mm², use a standard screwdriver to push the orange button and actuate the contact spring.

Push-in Connection have test and passed various certificates. For example, Vibration resistance in accordance with railway standard DINEN50155,shock and corrosion resistance in accordance with current shipbuilding registers.
