Operating Steps of Combustion Asphalt Content Analyzer:

1. The instrument uses aerospace-grade insulation material, allowing it to reach the standard operating temperature quickly, saving significant testing time compared to similar products.

2. Excellent thermal insulation ensures that the external temperature of the furnace remains below 45°C when the internal temperature reaches the working level, enhancing safety and minimizing interference with the scale's accuracy.

3. Equipped with a secondary combustion chamber and a high-temperature filtration system, the device ensures emissions meet environmental standards.

4. The system operates automatically, making it user-friendly. Simply input the sample weight and calibration factor, load the sample, press the start button, and the results will be printed automatically after the test.

5. The software offers powerful data display, including asphalt content, oil-to-stone ratio, weight loss, and test duration.

Operating Procedures for Combustion Method Asphalt Content Tester:

1. Ensure the power connection in the testing room is secure.

2. Check the power supply for the microcontroller and burner. Turn on the burner and activate the control panel’s red switch to enter the working mode.

3. Set the desired temperature (typically 540°C), calibration parameters (initially set to 0), and the type of mixture.

4. Press the heating button to start the process.

5. When the set temperature is reached, open the door, place the empty basket on the tray, and close the door again.

6. After the temperature stabilizes (about 3–10 minutes), press the tare button to reset the weight to 0, ensuring it is less than 0.2g.

7. Place the asphalt mixture into the basket carefully and avoid stacking.

8. Position the basket in the center of the tray to ensure accurate results.

9. Close the oven door and press the heating button. After 30 seconds, the fan starts, and the test begins.

10. During the test, the weight loss is displayed. Once the test is complete, the fan stops, and the result is shown and printed automatically.

11. Open the oven door, remove the basket, and prepare for the next test.

12. To print multiple reports, press the print button repeatedly.
