Operating Steps of the Combustion Asphalt Content Analyzer:

1. The bitumen content measuring instrument uses aerospace-grade insulation material, allowing quick preheating and reaching standard operating temperature in 20 minutes at 538°C, significantly reducing testing time compared to similar products.

2. Excellent thermal insulation ensures that the outer surface of the furnace remains below 45°C when the internal temperature reaches the working level, enhancing safety and minimizing the impact of high temperatures on measurement accuracy.

3. Equipped with secondary combustion and high-temperature filtration, it ensures emissions meet environmental standards.

4. Fully automated operation: simply input sample weight and calibration factor, load the sample, press the start button, and the system automatically prints the results after testing.

5. Advanced software displays asphalt content, oil-to-stone ratio, sample loss weight, and test duration.

Operating Procedures for the Combustion Method Asphalt Content Tester:

1. Check that the power supply in the testing room is properly connected.

2. Ensure the microcontroller and burner are powered on. Turn on the red switch on the control panel to activate the system and display the main menu.

3. Set the temperature (typically 540°C) and calibration parameters (initially set to 0), as well as the mixture type.

4. Press the heating button to start the process.

5. When the set temperature is reached, open the door, place the empty basket inside, and close the door immediately.

6. Wait until the temperature stabilizes (around 500°C), then press the tare button to reset the weight. The value should be less than 0.2g.

7. Place the asphalt mixture into the basket, ensuring it is not stacked, and return it to the tray.

8. Close the oven door and restart the heating process. After 30 seconds, the fan will start, and the system will begin recording data.

9. During the test, the weight loss is displayed in real-time. Once the test is complete, the fan stops, and the result is printed automatically.

10. Remove the basket and clean it for the next test.

11. To print multiple reports, press the print button repeatedly.
