The MP27710.4 screen records 8 temperature data points every 3 seconds. With an MMC128MB card, how many days can it record? Here's a simple way to calculate it:

The formula is: N (Tags) × N (Data Type in Bytes) × 24h/day × 3600s/hour ÷ 3s/point ÷ 1024 ÷ 1024 = Result in MB.

For example, if you have 8 tags, each with 4 bytes of data, the storage required per day would be approximately 0.8789 MB. With a 128MB card, this would allow for about 145 days of recording.

This is a simplified calculation. In reality, additional file headers and system information will take up some space. So, 100 days should be safe. Also, remember that MB stands for Megabytes, not Mbps. The calculation above assumes the storage is in MB.
