The day before yesterday, I took over a Konka LCD TV model LED32F2000E, which had a black screen. When I turned on the flashlight, I could faintly see the Konka logo on the screen. That made me think the backlight might be the issue. I checked the backlight circuit and found that the LED power supply was around 150V, but it dropped to 110V almost instantly. My first thought was that one or more of the LED lamp beads were faulty. Since I didn’t have the proper tools to replace the individual LED beads, I decided to buy two LED light bars and replace them as a whole. After replacing, the boot image appeared on the screen, which was a good sign. I took some photos to document the process and the result.
