The setting of this part of the parameter setting is done in the menu of the DC governor: The basic setting sequence is as follows:
√ Switch the drive object to 1. Press FN+Up, the number in the upper left corner flashes, and the value is increased by 1 by increasing or decreasing.
√ Set the parameter access level: press FN on P003 and set P003 to 3 (expert)
√ Switch back to drive object 2. Press the FN button to flash the number in the upper left corner and select 2 by increasing or decreasing the button. When the parameter is set later, if the parameter in the upper right corner is blinking, change it to 2 and the parameter can be changed.
√ Set P0010 to 1 to enter quick debugging (1, display partial parameters, 0, display all parameters)
√ Maximum armature current < device armature current × 0.5, the armature of the device DC current must be adjusted by parameter P50076 [0] (1%) or P50067
√Maximum excitation current<The amount of excitation current of the device×0.5, the excitation current of the device DC current must pass the parameter P50076【1】(1%) (when there are multiple bits, the FN key switches the display bit)
√Set grid voltage parameter P50078【0】=380 Device incoming line voltage parameter (V) P50078【1】=380 Device excitation line voltage parameter (V)
设置 Set the excitation mode: Set P50082 to 1 (excitation input when the line contactor is closed).
设置 Set the speed value: Set P50083 to 3 (armature voltage feedback), P50115=110 (input line low voltage 400×110%=440V armature voltage). P2000=XXXX (motor speed) This must be set otherwise to report a fault.
√ According to the rated voltage, rated current and rated excitation current of the company's workshop motor: P50100=XXX (armature current), P50101=440 (armature voltage), P50102=XXX (excitation current) P50104=1500 (motor speed), P50105=XXX (armature current). P50303=5 Ramp-up time P50304=5 Ramp-down time Set P3900=3 to end the quick commissioning, perform the calculation of the motor data and calculate the parameters of the regulator based on the previous input parameters. After the setting is completed, P10=0 can be restored to display all parameters.
设置 Set terminal 11 fault reset function: Set the upper right corner 02 of P02102 or P2103D to 53010.0 in drive object 1.
√Set terminal 19 output function: Set the upper right 02 of P50771 to 0899.1
设置 Set the mode of “main setpoint” analog input signal (terminal 25/26): set P50700 upper right 02 to 0 (main set value 0-10V) P50703 is set to 1 (absolute value of access signal) ).
设置 Set the source of the output value of analog output 1 (terminal 49/50): Set P50750 to 52179.0 (speed output).设置 Set the mode for analog signal output 1 (terminal 49/50): Set P50751 to 1 (the absolute value of the access signal).
源 Set the source of the output value of analog output 2 (terminal 51/52): Set P50755 to 52116 (current output).

源 Source of the output value of the digital output 1 (terminal 19): Set P50771 to 899.0 (drive normal).
Warning: After the parameter setting is completed, P977 will be saved as 1 parameter. Otherwise, the parameter will be lost after power off. After saving the parameter and switching to the ready running state, start the motor operation. In the upper left corner = 01, P09 = 30, P976 = 1, P977 is 1 saved parameter, and power is turned back on. The factory settings can be restored.
