Matters needing attention when assembling permanent magnet rotor motor

Because the magnetism of the permanent magnet rotor is very strong, it brings great trouble to the work of loading the rotor into the stator. If no measures are taken, the rotor will be sucked together as soon as the rotor contacts the stator core. There are certain difficulties in moving forward. When working with a manpower, sometimes the operator's hand or arm is crushed or injured by the attraction being too high and the speed of the two is close. In addition, do not wear watches, mobile phones, etc. to operate at close distances to avoid damage by their magnetization. It is conceivable that the process of incorporating the rotor into the stator is its main feature.

For smaller permanent magnet motors, the rotor can be loaded into the stator with manpower, but safety precautions should be taken. For larger permanent magnet motors, special equipment must be used for this work.

(1) The site where the motor components are assembled and placed must be kept clean, especially the presence of ferromagnetic materials. Otherwise it will be absorbed by the rotor magnet and it will be difficult to clean. If the ferromagnetic material is brought into the motor, it will seriously affect or even completely damage the operation of the motor.

(2) The end cap of the bearing chamber without the wave spring and other components is assembled to the frame and placed on the trolley of the special equipment, and fixed with the pressure plate by the pressure plate. Then adjust the height of the trolley so that the shaft axis of the base reaches the axis of the equipment ejector.

(3) The outer bearing cover matched with the above end cover is sleeved on the fixed ejector pin. Then pan the cart so that the base rests on the fixed ram. At this time, the height of the trolley should be further adjusted to achieve a true or close coincidence of the axis of the base shaft and the axis of the equipment ejector.

(4) After the inner cover of the two ends is sleeved into the rotor shaft, the bearings at both ends are placed in the bearing position. For open bearings, grease should be added as required.

(5) Assemble the end cap of the other end with the bearing at the end (if there is a wave spring or the like, it should also be placed at the predetermined position) and install the bearing cap.

(6) Lift the complete rotor with one end cover installed between the two poles, move the movable ram, and use the top hole of the shaft to erect the rotor.

(7) Move the trolley horizontally, and drive the stator to reach the axial position with the rotor assembly and stop. During this process, the shaft axis of the machine base should be carefully observed and the axis of the equipment ejector should be adjusted. If necessary, further adjustment should be made. After that, install the end caps and bearing covers, retaining rings, etc.

(8) Exit the activity ejector. Turn the shaft by hand. If it is flexible, the installation is completed.
