The Ministry of Commerce solicited public opinions on the recycling of waste electrical appliances

Every family will have some old appliances. If it is handled improperly, it will not only pollute the environment, but also make the resources not be used for the most reasonable use. In order to standardize the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products, save resources, protect the environment, and establish a recycling system for discarded electrical and electronic products compatible with China's economic, social, and ecological development, the Ministry of Commerce has drafted the “Administrative Measures on the Recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products (Consultation Draft)” 》, now seek advice from the community. The public can provide feedback through the following ways and methods:

1. Log on to the China Legal Information Network, and go to the left side of the home page to submit comments on the “Opinion and Regulations Draft Solicitation System”.

2. Log on to the website of the Ministry of Commerce and go to “Request for Comments” and click on “Management Measures for the Recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products (Consultation Draft)” for comments.
