Gas solenoid valve, also known as gas emergency shut-off valve, is an actuator that is suitable for urban gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and other gas to make two-position on-off switching for heating combustion medium pipeline, and to automatically control the temperature. It is widely used in gas heat setting in the textile industry, printing industry, furnace heating in glass and bulb industry, and gas heating automatic control system in other industries.

Installation method

1. The valve installation unit should have the corresponding qualifications and be installed in accordance with the relevant gas pipeline construction specifications.

2. The valve should be installed after the main intake valve in the room for inspection.

3. It should be installed in the direction of air flow indicated by the valve body. The valve body coil should not be inverted and allowed to be installed horizontally and vertically.

4. The solenoid valve control line should be connected correctly and reliably. The control line has polarity: the white line is the positive black line is the negative pole and cannot be reversed.

5. When purging the pipe, it is recommended to isolate the solenoid valve to prevent damage to the valve sealing material.

6. Before the pipeline is tested for sealing performance, the solenoid valve should be opened.

7. When manually opening the valve, it is advisable to operate when the valve inlet and outlet pressure are balanced.

8. When the electric valve is closed, it is forbidden to connect the wrong power supply, such as: wrong polarity, wrong voltage or long-term power supply, so as not to damage the electromagnetic coil.
