2018 Oil Production Operations, Four District Property Management Services (Secondary) Tender Notice

In 2018, the four-area property management service project for oil extraction operations was approved and implemented by Liaohe Oilfield Company. The source of funding was: Oil Liao Liaofa [2017] No. 47, and the tenderer was Liaohe Oilfield Liaoxing Oil & Gas Development Company of China Petroleum. The project has already met the conditions for tendering and is now conducting an open tender.
I. Project Overview:
Service Content:
(1)Maintenance and repair of main works and supporting facilities in front-line living areas outside the warranty period;
(2) To provide daily meeting services according to the requirements of the four districts for oil production operations;
(3) Security patrols and security anti-theft work at the frontline and Nai-yi station;
(4) Maintenance and management of sanitation, cleanliness, water, electricity, telecommunications and heating of office buildings at the frontline and Nai-I Union Station;
(5) Operation of boiler equipment;
(6) Greening in the factory area;
(7) Provide canteen service and 180 employee dining services.
Service location: Naiman Qi, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Implementation period: January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.

Second, the scope of the tender:
2018 oil production operations four district property management services.
Third, bidder qualification requirements
1) The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium;
2) The bid invitation requires the bidder to be an independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and has the necessary human resources to complete this project.
3) With property management qualification of level 3 or above (including level 3), it can undertake the property management requirements as specified in the implementation of this project and the bidding documents.
4) Project staff security, boiler workers, electricians, cooks, and pastry chefs have valid certificates.
