(1) The work place should be organized

To keep the work site neat, order the instrumentation, tool components and other small pieces of equipment should be placed in the container, and there must be good lighting on site.

(2) Use tools to pay attention to safety

The soldering iron should be regularly checked for insulation between the power cord and the sheath. Is the test pencil easy to use? When using the electric drill, pay attention to the grounding wire, wear rubber gloves or stand on the wooden board, and do not wear drum gloves.

(3) Prevent damage to instruments or components

Instruments and meters should be placed in a safe place, gently handle, pay attention to grid voltage fluctuations when using, do not use excessive force during operation. The instrument should not be placed in a place where it is wet, ash, or direct sunlight. When not in use, the power should be removed and marched.

Pay attention to power, operating voltage and heat dissipation conditions when using resistors: Pay attention to withstand voltage and polarity when using capacitors.

Some instruments have high voltages and must be handled safely during maintenance. First check the instrument case for leakage, and open the case to discharge the high voltage capacitor. When changing the welding circuit, first disconnect the power supply, do not operate with electricity. When testing the high voltage, first connect one end (such as the ground end), touch the measured point with one hand-held probe, and the other hand does not finish the mold, which is safer.
