(3) Prevent damage to instruments or components
Instruments and meters should be placed in a safe place, gently handle, pay attention to grid voltage fluctuations when using, do not use excessive force during operation. The instrument should not be placed in a place where it is wet, ash, or direct sunlight. When not in use, the power should be removed and marched.
Pay attention to power, operating voltage and heat dissipation conditions when using resistors: Pay attention to withstand voltage and polarity when using capacitors.
When using the tube, pay attention to the voltage level of the filament and reduce the vibration. When removing the tube, hold the tube and pull it up. When using an inflatable tube, pay attention to the preheating of the filament. When using a transistor, solder with a low-power soldering iron and move quickly.
(4) Prevent electric shock
Some instruments have high voltages and must be handled safely during maintenance. First check the instrument case for leakage, and open the case to discharge the high voltage capacitor. When changing the welding circuit, first disconnect the power supply, do not operate with electricity. When testing the high voltage, first connect one end (such as the ground end), touch the measured point with one hand-held probe, and the other hand does not finish the mold, which is safer. (5) Prevent burns
