1.1 tender conditions
The bidding project of the Huaxia Power 4×300MW unit sea water desulfurization system improvement project has been approved for construction. The bidder is Beijing Longyuan Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. The construction fund is self-raised, the project has the tendering conditions, and the construction of the project is now underway. Conduct open tendering.
1.3 Project Overview and Bidding Scope
Construction Location: No. 702, Jiangang Road, Haishu, Xiamen
Construction Scale: Xiamen Huaxia International Electric Power Development Co., Ltd. Huaxia Electric Power (hereinafter referred to as Huaxia Electric Power) Phase I and Phase 2 4×300MW machine components were constructed in two phases, one of which was put into operation in 1995 and 1996 respectively. Phase 2 2 ×300MW units were put into operation in 2005 and 2006 respectively. The proposed flue gas desulphurization retrofit project is intended to improve the performance of seawater flue gas desulphurization units for Phase 1 and 2 (Units 1, 2, 3, and 4) of Huaxia Power.
Planned duration: #3 crew from August 10 to November 18, 2016;
Unit #4 September 6th to December 5th 2016;
Unit #2 from January 1 to April 10, 2017;
Unit #1 from May 10 to August 8, 2017
Benchmarking: There is a total tender section for the civil engineering works of No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 units of the tender for water desulfurization, desulfurization and efficiency improvement.

Construction geology: Strata from top to bottom can be divided into:
1 Miscellaneous fill: It is composed of residual soil, strong weathered tuff, strong weathered dacite, and mixed rock and small amount of roots. The filling is not laminated and rolled during the construction process and the structure is loose.
2 Silt: Greenish gray, dark gray, grayish black, saturated, fluid plastic, containing shells and humus, smelly, maximum thickness of 18 meters, mainly distributed in the circulating pump room, water intake pipeline, water intake.
3-1 Muddy silty clay: Qing ash, dark gray, grayish black, saturated, flow-molded, containing shells and humus, with a thin layer of fine sand, with a maximum thickness of 13.65 meters. The distribution range is the same as No. 2 soil.
4 fine sand: gray, gray, saturated, loose ~ slightly dense, mixed clay, mainly distributed in the water intake, intake.
5-2 Sandy cohesive soil: residual product, brownish red, grayish green, grayish yellow, slightly wet, plastic-hard plastic, containing gravel, sand, the maximum thickness of 50 meters.
8-2 medium-weathered granite: gray, gray and white, the main mineral composition of quartz, feldspar, biotite, medium grain structure, massive structure, weathering cracks developed, spherical weathering was obvious, showing a fragmentary. General thickness> 1 meter.
8-3 Medium weathered dacite: dark gray, grayish black, main mineral composition quartz, feldspar, hornblende, patchy structure, massive structure, weathered cracks are more developed, showing a mass. General thickness> 1 meter.
9-2 Micro-weathered granite: gray, gray and white, the main mineral composition of quartz, feldspar, biotite, fine grain granite structure, massive structure, weathering cracks are not developed, showing a massive, dense and hard. Thickness> 5 meters.

Transportation:
(1) Waterway
On the south side of the plant area, a phase 3 project has built a 350,000-ton berthing terminal for unloading coal, and the power supply plant will use the coal to unload the ship. Between the unloading dock and the shoreline, a comprehensive gravity dock for 1000-ton ships has also been built. Therefore, during the construction of the second phase, the terminal can be used to transport large and medium-sized pieces of equipment and some materials.
(2) Railways
An international container terminal has been built on the west side of the power plant. From this terminal, a remote railway has been built to the northwest. The railway has been exported from the Yingmei station of the Yingzhou line. Therefore, the railway transportation of the power plant is also very convenient.
(3) Highway
Through Jiankang Road and Xinggang Road, which are built on the northwest and north sides of the plant, it can be connected with the Kok (U.S.)-Yao (Yu-Yun) Highway; it can also pass Maqing Road, Xinyang Bridge, Xingbin Road, etc. with the 319 National Highway and Ha The (gate)-Yu (State) Expressway is easily accessible to Xiamen, Quanzhou, Quzhou and other places.

1. The bidder must have a statutory qualification for the subject, a registered capital of 10 million yuan and above, and provide relevant documents.
2. The bidder shall have the qualification of professional contractor for anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering of level 3 and above or have professional qualification for waterproofing anti-corrosion and thermal insulation engineering contracting at level 2 and above, and provide corresponding qualification certificates.
3. The bidder must provide the safety production license issued by the relevant department.
4. The bidder must have no less than two 300 MW unit or above flue gas desulfurization project performance, the date of signing the contract is January 1, 2012 to date, and provide the corresponding contract scans. (Scans must include project name, scope of work, contract signature stamp page).
