Xu Hongjie suggested that the night lighting in Harbin should pay attention to unified planning and durability. The lighting of each street should be designed in a unified manner. The lighting is not as good as possible, it should be consistent with the surrounding environment. At the same time, lighting should use fixed, long-term lighting fixtures to reduce waste of resources.
