The integrated circuit (IC) industry is one of China's strategic emerging industries and is an important foundation for national economic and social informationization. Therefore, the company's market agility is tested. Some foreign semiconductor companies have been established for several decades, and they have accumulated a mature experience in expanding product lines according to market demand. Their success is not achieved overnight. Our relatively short time for the establishment of local companies and the development process and time required, so we can not blindly compare with multinational companies. China's semiconductor industry has a lot of room for development and speed, but it is not strong. We must break through the foreign technical barriers, start from middle and low-end products, and gradually develop into high-end products.

In particular, the fiery investment in various regions has caused a rapid increase in the number of IC design companies. Some of them have low levels of business, but they still receive subsidies from local governments. This has led to the proliferation of IC design companies and the low level of repeated construction. , aggravated the industry vicious competition.

In January this year, Spreadtrum officially released the world's first 40nm technology TD-SCDMA multimode communication chip [4].
