The R&S Venice 4K video server, officially launched at the NAB show in April this year, will help existing broadcast operators build studio solutions based on 4K video, which is also seamlessly compatible with HD based HD studio solution. The R&S Venice 4K video server supports direct capture of 4K resolution video content, eliminating the need for 4-way HD content capture in the time-consuming process of splicing. The 4K video server not only supports the production of 4K video content, but also supports the production of HD HD content, which will be the perfect link in the 4K program production process. Venice View's software features, based on streaming media technology, avoid various system connections based on SDI cables, provide multi-user-based preview capabilities, and can monitor real-time monitoring, including program collection, studio broadcast, and material transcoding. . The software features of Venice Play make it easier to operate and control based on studio broadcasts, especially in intense programming, such as live broadcasts, news programs, and more. Venice Play can display video footage broadcast on different channels in real time, allowing program operators to monitor the different content broadcast by A/B playout. In the working state of Venice, there is no working channel to realize automatic identification of the system, which is convenient for adjustment and modification to deal with various emergencies.

In the multi-camera workflow, Venice can realize the function of channel grouping, which can conveniently realize parallel program collection, and can realize the signal synchronization based on frame synchronization, and the single device simultaneously broadcasts the signals collected by the four cameras. In addition, the R&S Venice video server can also be cascaded to integrate a large number of program channels into one, to meet the needs of various program production and broadcast.
