First, traffic lighting <br> Traffic lighting is a functional lighting, is no longer simply to illuminate the road surface, to meet the norms and indicators of road traffic, but should be combined with the building, pay attention to the overall landscape planning of the building. The traffic lighting of Yufeng Bridge is divided into three parts: motor vehicle road, non-motor vehicle lane and sidewalk lighting. Lighting focuses on the needs of the building structure and landscape, the combination of road lighting and safety facilities, and organic integration of the two. For example, the main bridge traffic lighting, if the traditional pole lighting is used, the spatial relationship between the main arch and the inclined arch, the main arch and the main arch is interrupted, the natural connection is split, and the landscape nature is impossible to talk about. Second, landscape lighting <br> Landscape lighting is not to light the building as bright as possible, but according to the architectural characteristics of the building, with the appropriate brightness of the appropriate combination of light and shadow to express the theme of culture. The main objects of landscape lighting are the main arch, the inclined arch, the boom, the cross beam, the under arch of the bridge and the bridge outline. The luminaire is selected from floodlights, floodlights, and fluorescent lamps depending on the shape, height, installation position, and intention of expression of the object to be illuminated. For example, the Yufeng Bridge boom lighting fixtures use GE's Beam Trimmer low-power floodlights. GE's luminaires meet these requirements. Each boom uses a set of spotlights, the power configuration is from 35W to 150W, and the light source is equipped with a single-ended ceramic metal halide lamp, which ensures the light color consistency of the entire boom and achieves the expected effect. From the perspective of energy saving, the Kunshan Tongfeng Bridge, which is also an arch bridge, uses three sets of 400W~1000W floodlights for each boom lighting, while the Yufeng Bridge uses only one set of 35W~150W lamps. The power is only 2.9% to 5%. Energy conservation is self-evident. For example, the outer edge of the main bridge is a circular arc surrounded by a stainless steel plate, and the ribs form a square space, illuminated with a 70W high-pressure sodium lamp, projected onto the water surface, creating a beautiful golden reflection, emphasizing light and dark. The change in level has created a more peaceful night scene.
The design life of the bridge has exceeded seventy years. Although the current lighting scheme may not be used for a long time, in the current lighting scheme, some holes will be opened on the bridge; some components are welded and pre-embedded to ensure the lamps. Installation and maintenance, cable laying. These components will remain permanently on the bridge and become part of the bridge. In the landscape, these components and holes are required to be relatively concealed and beautiful, and do not affect the daytime landscape effect. On the other hand, the location, installation, anti-corrosion methods of these components need to be recognized by the architects, and also reflect the professionalism and extensiveness of lighting.
If the equipment is inevitably damaged during operation and the light source is damaged, maintenance personnel are required to perform maintenance. For those luminaires installed in the project, especially bridges, maintenance access is even more essential. There should be a quick and easy access to maintenance personnel and safety during the repair process. For example, we installed waterproof and dustproof fluorescent lamps on the main and inclined arches of the bridge to outline the arch bridge. On the arch we welded the ladder, which not only provided access to the service, but also became the platform for the installation of the lamps. From the perspective of anti-corrosion, the ladder is made of stainless steel carbon steel composite pipe.
