Abstract: High-strength gas discharge lamp electronic ballast, including booster 2, DC/AC converter 3, flip-flop 4 and ballast circuit 5 connected behind DC power supply 1, ballast circuit 5 including switch tube 8 a pulse width modulator 9, a comparison amplifier 7, a voltage tracking 10, a current tracking 11, a switching transistor 8 is connected in series to the primary coil of the booster 2, and a control terminal of the switching transistor 8 is connected to an output terminal of the pulse width modulator 9. The input end of the pulse width modulator 9 is connected to the output end of the comparison amplifier 7. The input end of the comparison amplifier 7 is connected to the output of the voltage tracking 10 and the current trace 11. The ballast circuit 5 further includes an auxiliary starting circuit 12, and the auxiliary starting circuit 12 The input end is connected to the DC power supply 1 and the output of the auxiliary start circuit 12 is connected to the input end of the comparison amplifier 7.
